This villa is right on the beach and at high tide the water goes under the veranda. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, the third bedroom has a bunk-bed. The hall hosts the second bathroom and a small kitchen with a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. The large veranda has a three piece lounging chairs and coffee table. The villa can sleep up to 7 people in comfort. Please advise us of your requirements when booking to ensure availability.

• Marine Park fees and other expenses at the resort

Term & conditions:
• We require a full payment to confirm this reservation.
• For the public ferry, must select MUKUT or GENTING Pier/Jetty (drop off point on TIOMAN ISLAND). There are extra charges for pick-ups from/to other Pier/Jetty.
• Please be alert that our speedboat transfers on Tioman Island available from 8.00am to 5.00pm only. Your ferry departures must within the given times.
